64-bit part of the guide is now completely tested. Removed Windows 8.1 from the guide, I do not have time to test it on that platform. Reworked the guide to fix an error when trying to install VIDA on Windows 10 after KB3163018 or the 'Anniversary Update' was installed prior to the VIDA install.
